A message dated April 16 was read stating the Senate passed CSHB
49(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for                                                                 
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 49(L&C)                                                                                 
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Certified                                                            
      Direct-Entry Midwives; and providing for an effective date."
